"Cute, but the quality isn’t the best"
I thought it looked really cute at first, but once you actually feel the fabric, it comes off kind of cheap. After a little use, I noticed some of the stitching starting to come loose too, so it was a bit disappointing.

"Feels "safe" and works just fine"
I’ve used Hikittyy a few times now, it’s been smooth. The pages load normally, I haven’t run into any weird pop-ups or random errors, and nothing about it felt sketchy. I felt fine entering my info because everything looked "legit" to me. Overall, it was a simple experience and worked the way I expected. I’d use it again

I ordered a few things from Hikittyy, and I felt a little misled at first because the stuff looked a bit different than what I expected from the site. I figured it probably wouldn’t last long, especially with how rough my cat is, scratching and pulling at everything every day.
But after a couple of months, I have to admit nothing has ripped or fallen apart, and it still looks decent. I’m still not thrilled about the first impression, but durability-wise, it’s been better than I thought.

"Return Worked Out, Just Took Some Time"
I ordered something from hikittyy.com, but when it arrived it wasn’t quite what I had in mind, so I decided to start a return.
Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the replies weren’t exactly quick. I had to follow up a few times and wait several days between messages, so that part was a bit frustrating!!
In the end, the refund did come through, so I’m glad they handled it. I wouldn’t call it a terrible experience, just not the smoothest one. Giving 3 stars because they fixed the issue, but the return process could definitely be faster.

Just a heads up for anyone checking it out, the site feels cluttered, and the color choices don’t really work well together. It made everything look a bit messy and harder to browse than I expected.

I ordered from Hikittyy and the item itself was fine, so no complaints there. But the shipping took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. What annoyed me most was how unclear the communication was—I wasn’t sure if the package was delayed, stuck somewhere, or what. It wasn’t the worst shopping experience ever, but I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly.

"Cute designs, but the quality disappointed me"
I ordered from hikittyy.com because the stuff looked really cute online, and the design is nice in person too. But the material felt cheap as soon as I took it out of the package. It’s thinner than I expected and just doesn’t seem like it’ll hold up for long. Shipping was fine, nothing special. For the price, I expected better. Not really happy with it.

The item itself is fine, but putting it together was more frustrating than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear in a few places, and some steps felt like they were missing important details. The part labels were also really tiny, which didn’t help. It took me longer than I thought it would, but I eventually got it assembled. I was relieved when it was finally done, but i wish the process had been a lot less stressful

"Pretty accurate overall"
I ordered this after looking through the photos and description, it was mostly what I expected. I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t want to deal with any surprises, so I was relieved that the size and color matched up just fine. The only small thing is that the material felt a little different than I imagined, but it still turned out to be good.

"Right off the bat, the size felt right"
I ordered my usual size and my snap judgment when I tried it on was that it actually fit way better than I expected. I was worried it might run small, but the measurements on hikittyy.com were accurate for me. It wasn’t too tight, wasn’t baggy, and the length looked good too. I’m happy with it and I’d definitely order the same size again.

I feel a little misled by how simple it looked, because I didn’t think my cats would care about it much. But somehow they keep going back to it and playing with it every day, so I guess they like it more than I thought

My cat curled up in it pretty much right away and didn’t want to move, so clearly she’s comfy and happy. I do feel a little misled, though, because it wasn’t quite what I expected from the listing. Still, if my cat approves, I guess that counts for a lot
